My car broke down in rural Maine and was not able to even run after being brought to a mechanic. I wanted to get it down to where I live in Rhode Island to be worked on and my agent Chloe supported me and kept me updated throughout the process including working to get more cars on the tow truck so I would have a more affordable price than the driver was asking. She was very responsive and I was able to contact her directly, and I so appreciated her support In this challenging situation.
