Kevin was easy to contact, answered all of my questions as I was deciding which company to use to transport my car. I looked up online ratings including the BBB and found this company to have solid feedback. Between the phone conversations, email information that was provided very quickly, and the ratings, I decided to go with Silver Express. Once I decided, Kevin worked with me to schedule a transport that fit my schedule needs. He was patient, responsive, and always provided the highest level of service.

We were quite pleased with the interest in scheduling pick up to suit our needs by our transport driver. He arrived exactly on time! The driver was exceptionally polite and pleasant and loading the car (not running) was done with care and went smoothly. The car arrived as scheduled at the destination service garage. The business owners remarked about how impressed they were with the courteous driver, his care that he showed in unloading the car, the information he shared about the drivability of the car and where to park it, and the advance communications they received from the driver. The destination service garage also remarked about how they would definitely recommend this transport company in the future. The level of service and attention to the care of the car was very unusual in their business experience!
