This company was recommended to me by one of their drivers. I trusted his recommendation and all went fine. It was a bit more expensive than other companies, but a recommendation was worth the extra cost to me. The driver was professional & very patient & accommodating of my request for very precise placement of the trailer in my site when he delivered it. The trailer arrived in fine shape. I would have preferred a bit more communication in terms of an update when the trailer had been picked up (I was not present) and updates on arrival time (I had to call the company to ask for an update on delivery date & time... It would have been nice for them to call me with the updated info, or to make it available on their website) and I had some trouble reaching the company for this: the phone rang & rang then went to voicemail, on a few different attempts to call. To be fair, it was a weekend when I was trying to call.
Overall it was a good experience & I would recommend this company.
