My overall experience with this company is quite good! They found a carrier to pick up my car on the first available pickup date. For some strange reason, the trucker did not show up to pick up the car, nor did he answered our numerous phone calls. When I complained this with Tom Miller, he quickly fired the trucker and started looking for alternatives. Luckily, he found another truck to pick my car on the next day, although we end up paying $25 more than the original quoted price. Tom is a very practical guy with a no-nonsense, down-to-earth style. He told us explicitly that we did not have to accept the $25 price hike requested by the driver and he would continue to look for other carriers for us. However, we decided to go with certainty and accepted the price hike. I would certainly use them again. At least, I know I don't need to pay the deposit until they find a carrier for me!
