Being that I was wanting to haul a restored 60's muscle car over long distance, I wanted the best I could find in the industry. In my opinion, Honesty First is a first rate outfit for hauling your vehicle. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, proactive customer service with David Franco, and even drivers with good communication and a professional, empathetic customer-oriented attitude. This may not be typical of every driver you get through Honesty First. But I am a Department Manager in a Customer Service field and also work with trucking outfits in my occupation on a daily basis, and the driver they booked was exceptional. My only bump in the road was a transit time lengthened several days by another customer's out of town funeral where the driver had to wait a few days for their return before unloading their car, which was not the driver's fault, but did delay my delivery. My point in bringing this up is that these things happen and are part of the process in a real world. One of the best things you can do, whether booking with Honesty First or any other, is to familiarize yourself with the process by visiting FAQ's on their website, so that you can gain a realistic understanding of what to expect before you encounter it blind, and are caught off-guard with emotion instead of objectivity. My car arrived dirty. . .and I expected it too !! (after familiarizing myself with the process). But Honesty First, in my opinion, is the way to go.
