Damage to car and poor scheduling

3 different pick-up times caused me to have to stay at a hotel in Tampa, Fl for two days at an unexpected cost of $500 .The vehicles were delivered to the correct address but the occupant of the home was not informed of the arrival of the vehicles. The driver had been given contact name and phone number. My sister looked out in the morning and saw the two vehicles. The vehicles were parked in her private drive and the keys were in the vehicles. Prior to delivery, the driver called me on the phone to say he had shattered the plastic portion of the rear bumper of the Mercedes. while trying to put another car on the rack. I told him I was not going to worry about a crack in the plastic. I was just so relieved for the completion of the last leg of my move out of state. The plastic between the metal bumper and the trunk had at least 3 large holes. He had my 2 vehicles and his equipment definte3ly did not seem adequate for more than 2..
