The communication with the company ship a car direct was great from the beginning. They were very helpful, however, they are only the middle man. The actual company who shipped the car was lacking communication and customer service skills. Asking a customer who tells you they have no way of getting to a different location to pick up a car to “just take an Uber or taxi” is very unprofessional. Getting loud over the phone is also very unprofessional. The person who dropped off my car acted as if he was doing me a favor, he must’ve forgotten I paid over $1000 for the service.
