Terrible experience

I do not recommend this company at all. I was shipping a car from IL to CA. They initially gave me a quote of $950, which was lower than any other quote I received. Naively, I believed they would handle everything well. However, they ended up asking for $1350 in the end. They told me this was the only driver they could find. Yet, I had contacted them three weeks in advance, hoping they would find a driver given such ample time. I even moved my release date a bit earlier to provide them more flexibility. Also, the driver they found was not suitable. The driver intended to ask for my assistance in watching out for any potential scratches against the slope and the front chassis of the car during loading. However, due to the driver's limited English proficiency, I could not understand what he was trying to communicate. Consequently, my car got scratched. After the scratch occurred, he used Google Translate to communicate with me. After several rounds of communication, I finally figured out what he was trying to say. So, essentially, there are two red flags: a low initial quote but a high final price, and the driver's limited English proficiency.
