My experience was great from start to finish. Mike provided great information and followed through on everything he said he would. This is the first time I had to ship a vehicle (went from Indiana to California). I became a bit nervous when I started to research on how and who to use to ship my daughters' vehicle. There seem to be a lot of "horror" stories online. I was able to determine that Mike was the most forthright and trusting after my initial conversation with him. Top notch experience, will definitely use them again when needed.
