My car shipping experience could not have been easier. The car was picked up within a couple of days of the start of my window, and it arrived at its destination even earlier than scheduled. The transporter held on to the car for me, and even let me pick it up from him near the airport when I arrived (not a scratch on it). I appreciated that customer service kept an eye on things and checked in regularly to make sure things were running smoothly, and I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again.
