Rep Eric from Ship a Car Direct was awesome. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. He made the whole experience of moving my vehicle cross country from CA to VA less stressful. He made me feel at ease by offering his reach number if I had any further questions or concerns. I would also like to commend the carrier driver Ali from Umbrella Auto Transport, he called ahead offered to park his trailer as close to my house as possible given the difficult logistics of my residence, awesome. He even arrived earlier than the date he quoted me. My vehicle was handed over in good condition, what a relief. This is my true experience with this company.
