The process went smoothly with Shipacardirect and the carrier Ebro. LLc. David was helpful answering my questions. Everything went within the time range we had hoped for. Once the carrier and date of pickup was assigned, I called the carrier. They gave the phone number for the truck driver. The truck driver's name is Andy. Andy was nice and was on time for pick up and drop off. The car was in perfect/same condition as at the time of pick up. Andy actually came close to our house for pick-up, since he was close by (although we had given a public place address, so that its easy for the big truck to park and stuff). That was very helpful, especially because it was pouring that day and was very windy in Ohio.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and we were all relieved to see that car was without damage and the contents were safe.
