I consulted with David regarding my auto carrier two weeks prior to first available pick up date. David was professional, knowledgeable, and very timely with returning emails. I was confident my car would be picked up on time and delivered as expected. The auto carrier selected to move my car was extremely professional, honest, and communicated with me regarding status of pick up and delivery through out the transition. I am very pleased with Ship A Car Direct.
