We shipped out car from DC to CA using ShipaCarDirect. The customer service rep, Eric, was fantastic. He communicated early and often and was very knowledgeable. However, the vendor selected as a bit of a mess when it came to coordinating our car pick up and delivery. They picked up 2 days late at a place that was 7mikes away from the requested home address then delivered it 2 days early! CR was fine but very unpredictable and hard to coordinate.
