Eric is knowledgeable and prompt to respond to questions. My only issue was I never told I needed to pay cash/cashier's check for pick up. I assumed payment would be under the same credit card for deposit. I was utilizing a credit card to get reimbursed for my job so I had to run around transferring money. It was quite stressful considering I was in the process of moving across the country. I was not happy finding out this information a day or two before the delivery considering I booked the car transport weeks prior. Thank you.
