When I was getting a runaround by another company to schedule a transporter, Angela explained that the other company had posted my listing for less than what a transporter would want to work for. I canceled my request with the other company and submitted it with Ship-A-Car Direct. It did take a few days to schedule a transporter but I appreciated the honesty and frankness about the situation. Now the car is delivered and it cost just about the same amount for me.
