Emily was very helpful and stayed in communication with me till a driver picked up the car and followed up to make sure everything went well. Driver arrived on time, and delivered car on time. Due to low trees on my street, he parked in nearby lot and I picked him up and he brought me back home, then took car. Driver contacted my son to make delivery arrangements and car was delivered on time with no damage or issues. I would highly recommend Shipacar direct, due to the run around I got from other companies prior to picking them. They have the best reviews and ratings for a reason! :)
