Excellent Quote and Service for Shipping a Car from Coast to Coast

I was happy with my Ship-A-Car experience as I used their services to move my vehicle from coast to coast. It was the best quote I could find and the customer service person, Karen, called me right away to offer the low quote as soon as I made an inquiry online. Karen would then not return to my emails or phone calls after I had questions and I found out that my reservation went to Gabby instead. Gabby was mostly helpful, but she would also not return emails or phone calls after simple logistical questions were asked. Phoenix Freight Inc. shipped my vehicle and their pick-up and drop-off was mostly convenient. The dispatcher gave us updates on where the vehicle was located and we found our way to deliver and pick-up the vehicle which was convenient for us. I would recommend Ship-A-Car mostly for the low quote and the customer service was overall not terrible.
