My only complaint is that my car was picked up and arrived later than the driver said it would- by one day. That doesn't seem like much but I had counted on it being here when as quoted. Otherwise the contact people with Ship a Car and the driver were very nice and responsive. There is no place on this review for me to say that my car was in very good condition when I got it except it was dirty from rain and road dirt.

Thank you for your feedback, Pat. Sorry we can't guarantee target dates and that your driver was a little off in his estimated arrival. We do provide timing estimates in our quotes, but we try to be clear in conversation and in documentation that carrier arrival will occur within a window of a day or two of the projected date.
