I had already left for Austin and the pickup occurred the following day from my parents house. I have a sports car that has a low ground clearance (3.5in). Regardless, the truck driver knew exactly how to load my car without damaging it. Flash forward 6 days and the driver showed up with my car and it was in the same condition that I left it. It was a little dirty but I anticipated that due to the fact it was on an open trailer. My car is like my baby and I was very apprehensive at first because I had never shipped a car before. Emily put my mind to ease arranging everything and answering all of my questions until I was completely comfortable with letting them transport my car. I would definitely use Ship-A-Car Direct again! Thanks!
