The process was easy. Paid the broker (Ship-a-Car Direct) $225 when car was assigned to carrier. Carrier called to arrange meeting place and time for pickup. Meeting occurred on scheduled day. Car arrived in Scottsdale one day early. Carrier called in advance to set up delivery. Delivery as promised, car a bit dirty (travelled through as promised. rain for 2500 miles!) upon delivery but in perfect shape. Paid the carrier his $950 carrier fee. Total cost to me, $1125

Ship-A-Car Direct was on top of the entire process all the way. They explained what was expected to happen and it was right on target. The kept in touch to make sure all the steps occurred properly and on time. Followed up right through the end. Frequent updates by e-mail and quite easy to reach by phone. If I do send my car back, they are my first call. Also, I had the carrier's mobile number and called once or twice to check where he was on his delivery route.
