MY Experience with Ship A Car Direct was excellent. Communication was very timely both by e-mail and phone . Most questions were responded to within hours of my asking. I obtained quotes from three different companies and Ship A Car Direct was very competitive , plus they had the most positive reviews and they provided me with information about the shipping process which I greatly appreciated since this was my first time shipping a car across country .Our car was picked up on the exact day that was promised and delivered on the day that they said it would. The transporter who actually transported my vehicle from Wisconsin to California was extremely professional and was excellent regarding communicating to me when they would arrive to pick up my car as well as communicating to my son on the receiving end in California regarding delivery. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I would strongly recommend them to any of my friends and family and I would use them again should the need ever arise.
