I was very nervous about shipping my car across the country. Karen from Ship A Car Direct was very helpful. She was always easy to get a hold of and was very pleasant to work with. She gave complete and concise instructions. Their emails and videos were very helpful as well. This company does a great job of ensuring that your car is in great hands and that you are properly taken care of. Karen even followed up with me to make sure that the delivery was successful. The entire process was very quick and affordable. Everything was smooth sailing and I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
