This was my very first time shipping a car across country. I was nervous that they weren't going to get it right or some sort of theft would be involved. However, to my surprise this process was simple. The customer service was excellent and communication was flawless. Ship a car direct assured me that everything would be OK and it most definitely was. I would recommend them to anyone!
