Company was easy to work with and certainly on time (a day early, to be exact). My contact person (Emily) was very helpful in coordinating the carrier to transport the car. Car was dirty when it arrived (but it just traveled traveled 2500 miles, what can you expect...) but got it cleaned up. No damage or scratches done to the car and was in good condition when it arrived.
