Tom did a great job making sure my bid was taken. The first carrier decided not to pick up the vehicle when they said they were coming a day early and i was unavailable. Tom quickly found another carrier and ensured my car was picked up quickly and delivered not only on time but early. He was always available and quickly returned phone calls. I once tried to call the office line and had difficulty communicating with the representative but Tom did great! The overall process was really easy and I recommend them to anyone trying to ship their car.
