From my initial contact with Ship a Car Direct, I was impressed with the personalized professionalism of the agent, Tom, and his easing my fears in transporting my car, a first time experience. He explained the process, gave web site for videos to know the steps to take for shipping to avoid problems. It left no blanks in the "question department"
I gave dates for desired shipping and it was prompt. I liked the fact my car would not travel the U. S. But went directly north with minor delays . The price was very competitive . When I was concerned about delivery arrival time , customer service was very patient with me and worked to get the timing info for me. Without hesitation I would use this company again. And Tom would be my contact. I'm truly a happy snowbird.
