Jason was very helpful and prompt. The quote he gave me was the exact amount I paid. He found a carrier within 24 hours of processing my order. The carrier was easy to get a hold of, flexible with my pickup and drop off locations, and on-time. I was given a 5 day pickup window and they picked it up on day one. I was given a 5-10 day drop off window and they dropped it off in 5 days. The driver was easily accessible. Ship-a-car directs website is easy to use and their video section is very informative. I did A LOT of research before choosing a shipping company. I search the BBB, reviews, and compared prices with over 10 different companies before choosing Ship-a Car direct. I found that they seemed to be the most transparent, responsive, reliable, and had the best reviews. I could have went with other companies that gave me a quote for about $100 cheaper but after doing the research they had bad reviews. Overall this was a very positive experience for my first time shipping a car, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
