It was difficult to reach Ship-A-Car direct personnel, which is in contrast to prior experience. Chosen carrier was even worse at communication. Driver twice tried to pick up car prior to earliest available date, at first insisting that it had to be picked up early. It was then difficult to track progress of delivery. Direct contact with dispatcher, when they chose to return calls, resulted in receiving delivery date expectations and promises of calls from drivers that were not made.
