I contacted numerous companies before selecting Ship a Car Direct and am very pleased with my decision. My contact, Matt, answered all of my questions (of which their were many) knowledgably, honestly and directly. Matt immediately arranged a pick up date for the city and date we requested but as it turned out we had to make several changes. We had to change our city of departure and departure date more than once and Matt responded to our requests professionally and expediently. The car was picked up in Colorado on a Friday and delivered to us in Maryland on Monday, and this happened during the holiday week! I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct the next time I ship a car and highly recommended them.
