The thing is, there are many different indpendent carriers that serve your route and each independent carrier sets their own rates. We provide an estimate that is in the ballpark for confirming one of our terrific, pre-screened carriers. But not all carriers are constantly available, sometimes the only way to hit your preferred timing is to increase your offer. Hope that helps!
