I've used many carriers prior to using Ship A Car Direct and this job was exceptional in my opinion and I'm pretty harsh when it comes to knowing what good customer service really is since I was born and raised in NYC. I was in touch with Matt who was very friendly and confident about what he could accomplish. He was able to get my car picked up the following day when I finally was able to confirm when the car was ready to be picked up...and that is nearly impossible since I've ordered transports many times and from my past experience it took at least 2-4 days. Six days later my vehicle was shipped early and without incident. Car was perfect and delivered unscathed which made me a very happy customer. In sum, I would use Matt again for his professionalism and his ability to deliver on what he said he could do. The best part was that it came earlier than expected so that was a huge plus to me. I will probably have another move to schedule either in Dec or Jan 2015 and will be sure to get in touch with Matt again. Btw, the company provides step by step instructions on what to do and how to go about doing it. If you have no idea on how to do this then you should book with them and they will surely guide you on what to do. Thanks Matt!
