Ship a Car Direct itself was great to work with. Matt was my primary contact person. From the second I received the quote to him, up until the day I received my car, he was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Additionally, he did not overwhelm me with calls like other car transport companies I was considering before choosing Ship A Car Direct. Although I had some pick up/delivery issues with my actual carrier, Matt made everything better.
