Ship A Car Direct provided great service. The representative David was very knowledgeable and communicated with me frequently before the pick-up, during the transport, and even after delivery. David's emails provided a careful explanation of what to expect. Before I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct, I viewed the videos on their website as they provided answers to frequently asked questions. This information was helpful to have up front, and coupled with David's informative emails throughout the process, I felt confident that I had made the right choice. Overall, I was very satisfied with Ship A Car Direct's services and would use them again in the future. By submitting this review, I am receiving a small rebate, but know that this review is of my opinion and was not influenced by the rebate.
