My primary concern was that the car arrive the day I asked since we wouldn't be there the day before if it was early and we didn't want to spend an extra day without a car. The car was there in the afternoon of the day we asked. It was dirty but it had gone from Virginia to Colorado so that wasn't surprising. A trip through a car wash and everything was fine.
