I placed an order to have my vehicle shipped 3 weeks in advance. I tried reaching the representative as my pickup date was approaching and didn't get a response. I had to talk to someone else in order to find out what was going on. When she finally called,the best they could get was 4 days after I wanted my vehicle picked up and $ 75.00 dollars more than what they quoted me.

Thanks for your feedback James - sorry you were unhappy with the experience. Transport timing can be frustrating for first-time shippers expecting an exact date set well in advance. Unfortunately this industry can not be scheduled like buses or flights, carrier availability varies from week to week. Even when you have 3 weeks notice, your transport is finalized within days of pick-up with an independent carrier willing to work for the price offered. There isn't always availbility on the date you prefer or for the price you prefer, so we let you know of the other options available.
