Worth the money

The entire process was relatively smooth and without any major problems. I drove to meet the carrier (Mike of Triple T Trucking) at a local truck stop and he loaded up my car. Mike actually told me that it would take as early as 4 days to reach California (!). Unfortunately I would not be in CA by that time period and he very graciously was able to delay my delivery an extra two days. Even better, Mike was kind enough to drive my car to the airport in CA and meet me upon arrival. I could not ask for better carrier service!!

I had a minor hiccup with my initial contact person of Safe-Direct. Perhaps our personalities did not mesh or he was having a bad day; regardless, as a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect & courtesy. I switched to another contact person, David, who was very helpful and customer-service oriented. If I ever have to move across the country again, I will use this service.
