I decided to use this company after some intial emails and phone calls. Before getting my business they were all about customer service and responsive. They assured me that with notice they could transport my vehicle. I gave them 7 days notice for shipment of car. I had to call them after 6 days to find out status. I left two messages and sent an email which they took a day to respond to. They said they would be not be able to pick up car on day requested and called 2 1/2 days later to say the car would be picked up following day. 30 minutes later I received a voice mail to say 'the truck broke down" and they 'would be in touch. They called 2 days later to say they had found another transport truck...which would pick up car 5 days after original requested date.
In the interim I found another company to pick up car within a day of initial contact and who delivered it one day earlier than expected for only an additional $40. Well worth it as I needed my car for a new job in CA.

We are so sorry you chose to cancel, Betty. We know you wanted a great bargain and we wanted to help you so we lowered your quote at your request. Despite our efforts at the bargain offer, it did not confirm a quick pick-up. Our original quote to you was the most realistic price for a quick turn-around, and it's what you ended up paying when you decided to go with other folks.
