since this was the first time i ever shipped a car, i did a ton of research and chose Safe Direct as the broker solely based on their service. Jason was my one and only contact person from the minute i started the process to the end of it. Every single one of my questions were answered in less than a few hours via email or phone personally by Jason. Furthermore, Jason was beyond understanding about my reservations and sent me a ton of info, reviews, and videos to ease the process. I was nervous about the shipping but must say Jason made it very easy to trust him. If I or any of my friends ever need to ship a car again... i know who im calling.
