Safe-Direct Car was very responsive and competitive on the quote. Carrier pick-up was late due to truck problem which they called and informed me. They could have given more advanced notice on the pick-up time (only 1 hour notice) but were very flexible on the pick-up exact location due to short notice. Drop-off was on the date and location agreed, but was several hours late.
