We had a vehicle located in Florida that was waiting to be shipped to Colorado. After receiving several estimates and checking the reviews, I put in a request with Safe-Direct on a Monday morning. By that afternoon, Chris was able to find us a shipper who would be available to pick up our vehicle the very next day! Chris was thorough in what we should expect and was always prompt to respond to any additional questions we had. The driver, James, estimated a Friday delivery and arrived just as he estimated. He was courteous and detailed when going over the vehicle, and it arrived with no issues. I do wish we had a little more than 2 hours notice prior to the actual pick-up and delivery, as we were told the dates were estimates, but we are extremely pleased with the entire process.
