David at Safe-Direct was honest with me from the first phone call.
I insisted he try to book at a lower cost but no carrier took the job.
David advised me to put in a higher price which was closer to his original estimate and a carrier took the job.
If I had of listened to David my car would have been picked up five days earlier and I would have saved five days of rental costs here in CA.

My car turned up one day late but I was kept informed of its progress throughout. Apart from a little road dirt (open carrier) my car was delivered in great shape.
