This outfit was excellent - not only did their dispatch communicate with us regularly to provide updates, but if we had any questions, they were quickly answered. Their entire group worked with us to quickly get our car transported across the country. We also were given the driver's phone number so we could coordinate a pickup location, since our streets were narrow. He was very accommodating. Our car arrived as expected, and I would definitely use them again as well as highly recommend them.

We had engaged another transport outfit - American Transport, before finding Safe-Direct. They were terrible, would never call us, and all communications were via email. They would hide behind the email, instead of being open and honest with us. They low-balled the price, and never really let us know that it would never get moved at that cost, going that distance. They also required a deposit up front - which we lost. Buyer beware of this company.

Safe-Direct on the other hand, did not require a deposit until we had a transport date. Was up front and honest on what the price would really be if we wanted to get it moved right away. The difference was like night and day. In all my years, I have NEVER written a recommendation for anyone. But just had to here, since Safe-Direct (formerly Coast to Coast) was very professional and courteous, and everything was as we expected.
