Although I pursued someone else for our transport needs I can honestly say that this broker knows his stuff! He answered all my questions even when I was frustrated with this entire process. He never spoke disrespectfully towards any other broker firm and was positive the entire time. He gave me a quick lesson on "moving cars" and had I not committed to someone else today, I would definitely go with this company.. Thank you "Bill" :) for the tips and for trying to gain my business in a professional manner. This experience prior to finding my current broker and stumbling across Ship Your Car Now, this has literally been like the Hunger Games. Companies bad mouthing others to get my business. Quite embarrassing for them. Bill was knowledgeable, professional and polite. Since I cant review them on transport issues I will say that I was impressed with the customer service in the conversation that we had today.
