We planned months in advance and checked back with this company every week to make sure everything was a as we were moving across country due to we sold our house. We were told one price, then as it got closer we were told "don't worry everything is ready to go, it normally comes down the week you move". As that week came the story changed to "don't worry everything is ready to go, it normally comes down the day you move." I never heard of any place saying we can't get you locked in until the day you are moving. Long story short the prices went up and the service had to be cancelled as it was within 24 hours of pickup and still no time was given for the pick up. The person that quoted me $700 for 3 motorcycles in a closed carrier was Dennis, which we got the quote in email it was $750, then one week out they jumped it to $1350. We never did get confirmation on the cars when pick up was but it was quoted at $1200 for 2 cars, which they don't use terminology correctly they said a $200 deposit but that is actually paying the driver at pick up and does not go toward your $1200, so its now $1400 for the cars. Oh also when Dennis or the company realized things weren't working out with his false statements we were transferred to Emma who then could say she did all she could considering she was picking up the case and didn't actually have anything to do with the original talks, the normal passing the buck to the previous guy so you look like the good guy story. Everything was stringing us along until we had basically no options and at their mercy, thankfully we found a way to move them ourselves and told this company to cancel our agreement! Please be careful if you trust this company it cost us a lot of stuff that we had to leave behind.
