Horrible Sales rep

I don't recommend Ship a Car Inc to anyone. I had very bad experience with them because of my lousy sale representative. Lisa Panuccio was my sales rep and transport coordinator. Here is what happened to me. She handled my car transportation in mid July from NH to CA. My primary pickup date was Monday 7/11 and 7/12 Tuesday was my backup date but I didn't receive any dispatch phone call or email since I made a contract with them. I called Lisa on Wednesday 6th and Friday 8th. She had never answered my phone call so I left a message to call me back. No call back or email from her. I was a little worried at this point, and I called their main number to ask about the status of my shipment. They told me that someone would call me when the pickup date was closer. But still I had no phone call from anyone on Saturday 7/9. I called the main number on Sunday 7/10 and ask about the status. The rep told me to call back on Monday because he had no idea about my shipment. And then in the Monday morning, which is my primary pickup day, Lisa finally called me FOR THE FIRST TIME since I made the contact with them after I repeatedly called the main number to have her call me back. She said "We can't not find a truck to pick up your car on Monday or Tuesday. The next available truck is either on Wednesday or Thursday." I was speechless at that time. She had never called me back until this moment and now told me this BS!? I had already gotten a rent-a-car because I expected Monday/Tuesday pickup. She didn't give me any words of apology during this conversation. Instead, she said, "Do you still want to be picked up?" How can I find another car shipping dealer at such a short notice! I had no choice but said yes. Because my schedule was very tight, I asked her to try to find another carrier who could pick up my car earlier. She agreed with my request. But of course I received no followup calls or emails or anything from her after I had paid my deposit. I even called the main number and told someone to have her call me back but she didn't call me back. What a nerve! I consider myself a reasonable person. If she had called me to check whether everything went Okay, I wouldn't have been furious this much. She is the most dishonest and irresponsible person I've ever worked with. If you are still reading my review, I strongly recommend not to use this company. FYI, my car was eventually picked up on FRIDAY 7/15. Thanks a lot Lisa Panuccio for messing up my schedule!
