There were so many areas where this transaction broke down, it is difficult to summarize. In brief:
1. Customer reps failed to return calls, provided inaccurate information
2. Pick-up date was missed by 11 days
3. Contract price ($375) nearly doubled from actual price ($625)
4. Sales reps were dishonest in reporting pick-up status. One even said they had tried to call and schedule and I didn't answer. He quickly back pedaled on this, knowing that was not true in the least.
5. Lack of consistency. I spoke with a different rep on what I believe to be at least 8 different calls.
