Just like some of the other reviews, i was low balled with a quote of $900 to start with. When car was ready for pickup, I was told the cost had gone up to $1025. With little time to switch to another company, I reluctantly agreed as Alex promised me next day (sat.) pick up. No communication for several days and the car was not picked up until Monday. Was then told it would be delivered on Sat.

Driver called me on Thursday and told me he was early and would be there on Friday instead. Great! But he never called or showed up on Friday. He eventually called me on Saturday and told me that his truck had broke down and he was not sure when he would be making the delivery. He then called me back and told me that I could come to him and pick up the car as he still did not know when his truck would be repaired. I asked what the fee would be as I was driving over 200 miles round trip to pick up my car from him that was supposed to be delivered to my home address. His response was it was still going to be $900 or I else I could just wait for him to arrive whenever that would be. Again, no idea when that would be. I went ahead and drove out and picked up the vehicle. Vehicle was in good shape so no issues there and if his truck has legitimately been broke down, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. However, upon arrival, my car was parked on the street and his truck was fully loaded with cars. He had removed my car and added another. Immediately upon receiving my payment, he jumped into his truck and took off!!! Obviously lying about being broke down in an effort to just get me to come to him.

I called and spoke to Alex to give him an opportunity to respond to what happened. Alex became defensive and only tried to defend the driver saying that I was too impatient and I had caused the driver to "make it more difficult for me".

Very unhappy with the service and even more unhappy with Alex's response to what happened.

I would absolutely not recommend this company.

This customer is a real stickler . He had the chance to refuse the schedule cause it was coming out of a dealership not to mention I had his order for one day and called me non stop the day of placing the order . I got the schedule the following day the whole transport took him one week to get his car from Fl to Cali and with the truck breaking down . This guy Rick is unappreciative of what ever I did for him .He contacted me threw email 20 times during the transport I responded every time not to mention the non stop calls was very rude every day where is my car also it cut in my day to assist other customers place orders I gave him the drivers number and truck dispatch and still pestered me . This past weekend he started emailing me after hours which the office is closed Sat and Sun and kept emailing after he got his car .The driver did break down and had to spend 4 k on repairs .. I hope in the future that I don't get a customer like this ... I did everything for him and he still was not happy in the last email he wanted money back from me . He told the driver he wanted to come and get the car cause he was impatient and harassed the driver just like he did to me .. He did wait for me to speak with him so he can leave this long poem of garbage and I told him that he is soo impatient . This was his threat back by leaving this review This guy is a true meizer I hope in the future people who read this and use our service can refer back to his review and write the experience they have cause this is a big reflection on Saks Auto .
