Mike contacted me about my car but I was already signed with another broker. He looked up the listing on the transport board by my current broker and saw that it was at unreasonably low price. He told me how it works and that if I need his assistance to call. Once my date had passed, and there was no pickup, they told me I needed to increase the bid to the carriers to get picked up. I immediately canceled my order, called Mike and signed up with Safeway Car Transport. They adjusted my price and the car got picked up within a day. The car arrived timely and I leaned that the lowest price is not the best way to go …….the hard way!
