Original estimate was that the vehicle would be assigned to a carrier within 1-2 days. It actually took them nearly 3 weeks to get it assigned, and this was with following their pricing guidelines.
Additionally, transport time was originally estimated at 5 days. Carrier then told us 7 days. It was actually 10 days.
We had not requested it, but the carrier transported the car in an enclosed trailer. We thought this was an advantage until the car was delivered very dirty and dusty from what what appears to be wood dust from inside the trailer.
